Project Overview

This project was a collaborative guidebook for ENC4293: Docummentation and Project Management. The guidebook was created to document the UCF Style Guide, focusing on maintaining consistency, clarity, and professionalism in university communications and writing. The final product serves as a resource for students, faculty, and staff to outline the best practices for writing within the UCF community.

I co-wrote the Research & Documentation chapter, where I covered research methods, source evalutation, effective integration of evidence, and proper citation techniques to ensure academic integrity and credibility. The chapter was designed to guide readers through the research process while emphasizing accuracy, credibility, and ethical source use in academics and Institutional writing.

In addition to writing, I contributed to the technical editing process to ensure consistency in formatting, layout, and visual structure across all chapters. This involved reviewing heading hieracrchy, typography, spacing, and overall document flow to create a cohesive and unified final guide.

Overall, this project strengthened my skills in collaborative writing, documentation standards, editorial consistency, and large-scale project coordiation and management.
